Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 4 | Beef sausages (Main) |
| 1 can | Chopped tomatoes, 400g |
| 1 Tbsp | Tomato paste |
| 1 | Lemon, freshly zested and roughly chopped |
| 1 Tbsp | Capers |
| ¾ clove | Garlic, finely diced |
| 1 | Onion, finely diced |
| ½ cup | Red wine |
| 1 | Chilli, finely diced |
| 1 tsp | Caster sugar |
| 400 g | Spaghetti |
| 1 handful | Parsley, finely chopped |
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add sliced sausage, brown for a few minutes then remove from pan.
- Add garlic, onion, zest and capers. Stir gently for 5 minutes, then add remaining ingredients (except spaghetti) and simmer gently for half an hour.
- Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions, combine with sauce, salt and pepper and add parsley.
