Ingredients
| 400 g | Pork mince, lean (Main) |
| 1 to taste | Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | Rice bran oil |
| 4 | Baps, halved (Main) |
| 3 cups | Coleslaw mix, (more if needed) (Main) |
| ½ cup | Coleslaw dressing |
| 1 | Avocado, stoned, peeled and sliced |
| 1 | Lemon |
Directions
- Season mince then form into four equal patties, about the same diameter as the baps.
- Pan-fry patties in oil on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked.
- Meanwhile, toast baps and combine slaw with dressing.
- Top the toasted bap bases with slaw, patties and lastly the avocado.
- Drizzle with lemon juice. Cover with bap tops
