Great over fish salads. Keeps 2-3 days in the fridge.
Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Light soy sauce (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 Tbsp | Soft brown sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Toasted sesame oil (Main) |
| 1 serving | Wasabi paste, optional |
Directions
Place ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well. Liven up with a little wasabi paste.
