Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Fresh ginger, finely grated |
| 500 g | Pork schnitzels (Main) |
| 1 to taste | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 Tbsp | Canola oil |
| 1 | Apple, large, thinly sliced |
| 1 | Celery stalk, thinly sliced |
| ½ cup | Whole kernel corn |
| ½ cup | Sultanas |
| 2 cups | Cabbages, shredded |
| 1 tsp | Cornflour |
Directions
- Cut the pork into thin strips. Rub the ginger and pepper into the meat.
- Heat half the oil. Stir-fry the meat for 1-2 minutes in batches in a non-stick frying pan. Place aside.
- In the remaining oil, stir-fry the apple, celery, corn and sultanas for 4-5 minutes, until crisp tender.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Return the pork to the pan and heat through.
