Ingredients
| 250 g | Corn chips, tortilla |
| 425 g | Chilli beans, mexican (Main) |
| 4 cups | Lettuce, shredded, crisp |
| 2 | Large ripe tomatoes, chopped |
| 1 | Green pepper, diced |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| ½ cup | Black olives, pitted and sliced |
| 1 cup | Carrot, shredded |
| 1 cup | Tasty cheese |
| 1 cup | Mexican salsa |
Directions
- Heat the chilli beans in a saucepan.
- To assemble the stacks, place a handful of corn chips in the centre of four serving plates.
- Top with the chilli beans, lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, olives, carrot, cheese and salsa.
