Ingredients
| 1 tsp | Canola oil |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 1 | Garlic clove, diced |
| 2 | Sausages, I used Kabonos sausages, sliced (Main) |
| 1 pinch | Dry mixed herbs |
| 2 Tbsp | Tomato paste |
| 1 cup | Beef stock, or chicken |
| 1 can | Chickpeas, 400g, rinsed and drained (Main) |
Directions
- Heat the oil in an oven-proof frying pan.
- Add onion, garlic and sausage and saute until the onion is softened.
- Add other ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Great served with mashed potatoes and steamed greens.
