Ingredients
500 g | New potatoes, (gently scrubbed) (Main) |
3 | Bacon steaks, (or 4 ashers if needed) |
2 cloves | Garlic cloves, (smoked) |
2 Tbsp | Greek yoghurt |
2 Tbsp | Sour cream, (mayo or creme fraiche) |
3 Tbsp | Dijon mustard, (or seed mustard) |
1 | Lemon, (juice and finely grated zest) |
1 | Salt & freshly ground pepper, (to season) |
1 to serve | Chervil |

Directions
- Boil the potatoes until tender when tested with a skewer but not falling apart. Drain and cool.
- Grill or fry the bacon until crispy. Slice the garlic into fine slivers.
- Combine the yoghurt and sour cream then stir through the mustard, lemon zest and juice.
- Taste for seasoning, adding more mustard if preferred, then serve with plenty of chervil.
