Ingredients
1 punnet | Cherry tomatoes |
500 g | Lamb steaks, cubed (Main) |
4 Tbsp | Mint sauce, plus extra for serving |
1 stick | Garlic bread |
Directions
- Make the kebabs by threading the cubes of lamb and the cherry tomatoes onto 12 skewers.
- Brush with the mint sauce. Cook under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until done to your liking.
- Microwave or grill the garlic bread according to the packet instructions.
- Serve the kebabs with the garlic bread, a salad and extra mint sauce
