Makes 1/2 cup.
Ingredients
| 3 | Spring onions, chopped |
| 2 | Green chillies, seeded |
| 1 cup | Mint leaves, firmly packed (Main) |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 tsp | Liquid honey, clover |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 3 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to a fine paste. Serve.
