Ingredients
| 25g | butter |
| 2 | Roma or medium tomatoes, thinly sliced |
| 100g | processed mozzarella, thinly sliced |
| 12 x 1cm-thick slices | French baguette |
Directions
- Butter one side of each slice and lay buttered side down in a large non-stick frying pan. Top each with the cheese then a tomato slice.
- Cook on medium for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
