Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Salt |
| 2 ounces | Triple sec (Main) |
| 4 ounces | Tequila (Main) |
| 2 ounces | Lime juice |
| 1 | Ice, (crushed) |
Salmon
| 1 | Bread, (pumpernickel, either store bought or homemade) |
| 600 g | Smoked salmon, (hot, or look for alpine salmon lime and tequila marinated salmon) (Main) |
| 125 g | Creme fraiche |
Directions
- Salt the rim of each glass wetting the rim of each glass and sitting in a saucer of salt.
- Blend the ingredients and pour into glasses.
- Break up the salmon. Cut the pumpernickel into small squares. Top each piece with a small spoonful of creme fraiche and a piece of salmon.
