Ingredients
| 500 g | Lamb steaks (Main) |
| ¼ cup | Satay sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 Tbsp | Peanut oil |
| 2 | Pita breads, large, soft |
| 2 cups | Lettuce, shredded |
| ¼ cup | Fresh coriander, chopped |
| 1 to serve | Chilli sauce, and/or yoghurt |
Directions
- Pre-soak four long skewers.
- Heat a grill. Cut the lamb in 2.5cm cubes. Thread on skewers.
- Combine prepared satay sauce with lemon juice and oil. Brush over meat.
- Grill kebabs for about 8 minutes, turning often.
- Halve the pitas to make 4 rounds.
- Top with lettuce, kebabs and coriander and roll up.
- Remove skewers before eating.
- Serve with chilli sauce and yoghurt.
