Ingredients
| 2 | Green kiwifruits, peeled and diced (Main) |
| ½ cup | Coriander leaves, finely chopped |
| ½ cup | Parsley leaves, finely chopped |
| 1 small | Shallot, diced |
| 1 small | Chilli, seeded and diced |
| 1 Tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 pinch | Sugar |
| 1 pinch | Flaky sea salt |
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Great served as a sauce with baked chicken or fish.
