Ingredients
| 1 ½ Tbsp | Sugar |
| 600 g | Fish fillets, skinned and boned thick white fish (Main) |
| 3 Tbsp | Miso paste, or red bean paste (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Mirin, or white vinegar |
Salad
| 2 cups | Cabbages, very finely shredded (Main) |
| 100 g | Snow peas, finely sliced |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
Directions
- Put fish in a wide, shallow microwave dish.
- Combine miso, sugar and mirin and brush over fish.
- Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the cabbage and snow peas.
- Toss with the combined lemon juice and oil.
- Excellent served with rice or noodles.
