Ingredients
| ½ cup | Cream |
| 150 g | Dark chocolate |
| ½ cup | Milk |
| 2 Ltr | Vanilla ice cream, good quality, check the ingredient list if gluten intolerant (Main) |
| ½ cup | Macadamia nuts, roasted and salted, roughly chopped (Main) |
| 1 | Orange, zested |
Directions
- Chill sundae glasses in the freezer.
- Grate or roughly chop the chocolate. Put into a saucepan with the cream and milk, heat gently while stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the ice cream into the glasses, pour over the sauce then add the nuts and orange zest.
