Ingredients
| 3 Tbsp | Tomato chutney |
| 2 | English muffins, plain (Main) |
| 2 slices | Ham, chopped (Main) |
| 1 cup | Tasty cheese, grated |
| 12 | Canned pineapple pieces, well drained (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | Mint |
Directions
- Split the muffins, then toast.
- Spread the cut halves with the chutney.
- Top with the ham, cheese and pineapple.
- Grill until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the herbs.
