|115 g||Soft goat's cheese (Main)|
|¼ cup||Pistachio nuts, 35g, finely chopped (Main)|
|2 Tbsp||Honey, use up to 3 Tbsp, melted|

Place the prunes on a plate. Top with about a teaspoon of goat’s cheese. Sprinkle with a little pistachio. Drizzle with the honey.
