Ingredients
350 g | Raspberries, fresh |
1 | Lemon, juice and finely grated zest |
1 | Cinnamon stick |
¼ cup | Icing sugar |
1 Tbsp | Honey |
1 Tbsp | Brandy |
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil then immediately turn off.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and discard.
- Let the sauce cool before transferring to a jar or container ready to take on holiday - don't forget the ice cream!
