Ingredients
160 g | Flower sprouts (Main) |
1 tsp | Butter |
1 | Garlic clove |
3 Tbsp | Pine nuts (Main) |
1 | Bacon rasher (Main) |
Directions
- Trim the bases of the flower sprouts.
- Steam until just tender, about three minutes.
- Dice and cook bacon in the butter, until crisp. Add crushed garlic and pine nuts, cooking until nuts are lightly browned.
- Place flower sprouts in a serving bowl and top with the bacon mixture.
