Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Fresh ginger, grated |
| 2 Tbsp | Tomato sauce |
| 2 cloves | Crushed garlic |
| 2 tsp | Chilli sauce (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Dark soy sauce |
| 2 tsp | Sugar |
| 2 tsp | Rice wine |
| 700 g | White-fleshed fish fillets, skinned and boned (Main) |
Directions
- Combine the ginger, garlic, sauces, sugar and rice wine.
- Place the fish fillets in a single layer in a shallow, microwave-proof dish.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the fish. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Cover and microwave on high power for four to five minutes
