The sharpness of GoodBugs fermented pesto balances the richness of the croissants.
Ingredients
| 2 | Croissants, halved (Main) | 
| 2 Tbsp | Butter | 
| 50 g | Garlic and chive gouda cheese, or similar, grated | 
| 4 Tbsp | Fermented pesto (Main) | 
| 1 serving | Fresh herbs, to garnish | 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Lightly butter the cut sides of the croissants. Place on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes. Top with the cheese and continue baking until the cheese is just melted. Dot with the pesto.
