Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Canola oil |
| 1 ½ cups | Long grain rice |
| 1 | Green pepper, diced |
| ½ cup | Cream, or milk (Main) |
| 350 g | Chicken, cooked, diced (Main) |
| 420 g | Mushroom soup, canned condensed (Main) |
| 1 to taste | Freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
- Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan.
- Saute green pepper until tender.
- Add soup, cream and chicken.
- Season. Heat through.
- Serve over the rice.
