Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 3 | Chorizo sausages, sliced (Main) |
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 1 clove | Crushed garlic |
| 400 g | Diced tomatoes, (canned) |
| 400 g | Cannellini beans, canned, rinsed and drained (Main) |
| 1 cup | Tomato pasta sauce |
| 2 cups | Broccoli, florets |
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Cook the sausages, onion and garlic until the onions are tender.
- Add the tomatoes, beans, tomato pasta sauce and broccoli.
- Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve on rice.
