Ingredients
4 slices | White sandwich bread |
2 tsp | Sweet chilli sauce |
1 can | Spaghetti (Main) |
60 g | Goat's milk cheese, a chalky, chevre-type one is best, diced |
Directions
- Heat a toastie iron. Lay two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the iron.
- Divide the spaghetti between them, drizzle with the chilli sauce and top with the cheese.
- Sit the other slice of bread on top, butter facing up.
- Close lid and cook until golden.
