|½ cup||Water, boiling|
|1 packet||Onion soup mix, approx 30g|
|1 splash||Red onion, finely chopped|
|2 ½ cups||Grated cheese (Main)|
|20 slices||White sandwich bread|

- Place boiling water, onion soup, onion and grated cheese in a small saucepan and melt very gently over a low heat
- Spread cheese mixture on bread slices and roll tightly. Place rolls on a cold tray and dot with butter.
- Cook under a hot grill until golden, turning during cooking to get an even colour.
