Kathy Paterson presents a long, hot summer’s worth of vinaigrettes and salad dressings. For a classic Caesar salad or one with a twist. Keeps 2-3 days in the fridge.
Ingredients
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 2 Tbsp | Red wine vinegar (Main) |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice |
| ½ cup | Extra virgin olive oil (Main) |
| 1 | Egg (Main) |
| 1 tsp | Flaky sea salt |
| ¼ tsp | Freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.
