You can use bok choy or pak choy (Chinese / Shanghai cabbage) for this recipe.

Ingredients

½ tspSesame oil
6Bok choy, or use pak choy (Main)
½ tspWhite sugar
1 TbspOyster sauce
1 TbspWater
2 tspCanola oil, garlic-infused

Directions

  1. Add half the sesame oil.
  2. Drop the vegetables into the boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from saucepan and drain well.
  4. Place in a single layer across a long plate tucking leafy ends in neatly.
  5. Heat remaining sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, water and canola oil together and drizzle over the vegetables.
