Great for spreading on crackers or crostini. Makes about 2 cups.
Ingredients
| 250 g | Cream cheese (Main) |
| 125 g | Kikorangi, a type of blue cheese, crumbled |
| ¼ cup | Fresh dates, chopped |
| ¼ cup | Fruit chutney |
| 1 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 4 Tbsp | Walnuts, finely chopped |
Directions
- Beat the cream cheese, until fluffy. Add the blue cheese, dates, chutney and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the walnuts. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
