Ingredients
| ½ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 16 | Basil leaves, fresh (Main) |
| 1 | Bread, small focaccia |
| 100 g | Blue cheese, crumbled |
| 400 g | Roast beef, thinly sliced (Main) |
| ½ cup | Walnuts, ightly toasted and coarsely chopped |
Directions
- Cut open the focaccia. Spread the cut sides with mayonnaise.
- Top each side with the basil leaves.
- Layer the roast beef on the base, then top with the blue cheese and a sprinkling of walnuts.
- Sandwich together with the top of the focaccia.
- Cut into four to serve. Excellent with coleslaw and a bean salad.
