Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp | Horseradish |
| 4 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Baguette, (french) (Main) |
| 2 cups | Rocket |
| 1 | Tomato, large sliced |
| 16 pieces | Beef, thin sliced, or corned beef (Main) |
| 1 cup | Chutney |
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise and horseradish.
- Cut the baguette into four 10cm lengths. Halve each piece lengthwise.
- Lightly toast or warm through.
- Spread the bases with mayo, rocket, tomato and beef.
- Add the chutney and baguette tops.
