Ingredients
12 | Figs |
1 knob | Butter, to grease |
1 | Orange, juice of |
1 Tbsp | Cointreau |
1 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
200 g | Mascarpone |
3 tsp | Honey |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a baking dish with butter (softened).
- Halve the figs, cutting off the tip of the stem and arrange in the dish.
- Squeeze over the orange juice, scatter the sugar and drizzle over the Cointreau.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Mix together the mascarpone and honey to spoon over the figs before serving.
