Ingredients
200 g | Feta (Main) |
4 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 tsp | Rosemary leaf, chopped |
1 tsp | Chopped thyme |
1 | Onion, small, diced |
1 | Sundried tomatoes, diced |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degC.
- Put the feta in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, spring onion sundried tomato and black pepper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt. Serve as a nibble with crusty bread.
