This is a decadent and luxurious way to start the meal - serve it up with crostinis, crackers or fresh bread.
|1 whole||Camembert, about 250g (Main)|
|6 small||Garlic cloves|
|6 sprigs||Fresh thyme|
|½ tsp||Smoked paprika|
|1 loaf||Crusty bread|

- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Place the cheese in a snug-fitting ovenproof dish.
- Make six incisions in the cheese then push in the garlic and thyme.
- Pour over the wine then sprinkle on the paprika and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with bread.
