|¼||Green cabbage, medium size, finely sliced (Main)|
|1 Tbsp||Miso paste|
|¼ tsp||Sesame oil|
|2 Tbsp||Apple cider vinegar|
|½ Tbsp||Tamari sauce|
|1 tsp||Fresh ginger, finely grated|
|¼ tsp||Maple syrup, or honey|

- Combine the cabbage in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small dish mix together the miso paste, sesame oil, vinegar, tamari, ginger and maple syrup.
- Stir well before tossing through the cabbage.
