Ingredients
| 2 sachets | Acai puree, 100g each |
| 1 | Banana |
| ½ cup | Frozen berries |
| 2 Tbsp | Yoghurt |
| ½ Tbsp | Honey |
| 1 bottle | Apple juice, enough apple juice to make the correct consistency |
Directions
- Defrost the acai puree then pour into a blender.
- Add the chopped banana, berries, yoghurt and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Taste for sweetness and add more honey if necessary, then blend while pouring in enough apple juice to create the consistency of a smoothie. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
