Westfield back in court on outlet saga

A Westfield NZ spokesman said the company expected its appeal against the Fox Outlet Centre planned for Auckland's North Shore to be heard in early December.

Westfield has leave to go to the Supreme Court, challenging a Court of Appeal decision allowing joint-venture partners Josephine Grierson and Dominion Funds to go ahead with their shopping centre venture, due to open next month.
