Trans Tasman Properties paid $16.5 million for a further 52ha of land at Mangere, beside its Airpark Business Centre development on Montgomery Dr near Auckland Airport.
Trans Tasman is well under way with its 35ha airpark project it started last November. It marketed 29 sites in December and has unconditional sale agreements on all but one.
