TelstraClear launches chat package

TelstraClear has launched a "Chat 'n' Surf" package for its toll customers on a residential pricing plan. Those who spend more than $30 a month on tolls will pay for their national and international calls as usual and get 30 hours of free internet access. Those spending less than $30 a month will also get 30 hours of free net access and will be charged a "top up" to bring their toll spend up to $30.
