Planning is under way for the $20 million redevelopment of the former chief post office in Princes St, Dunedin, to a three-star 170-room hotel.
Te Anau-based hotelier and businessman Geoffrey Thomson said working drawings and resource consent applications could be ready within the next two to three months.
