Dr. Mike Joy made the controversial statement in our water debate this week. He's suggesting we should move to plant-based food production and be animal-free by 2050.
Dr. Graeme Coles has other ideas. Coles is the technical director ofKnewe Bio-Systems and he says that although plants have their merits, dairy farming is an efficient and cost-effective food source.
