Tiger Airways Australia has stopped selling tickets until a decision on when its grounding will end, but it appears unlikely the airline will be back flying next week.
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority is expected to decide today if it will go to the Federal Court to seek an extension of the grounding, which runs until Saturday.
About 35,000 people were affected by Tiger's grounding, which began on Friday after the CASA raised safety concerns.
