KEY POINTS:
RMG is to be delisted from the New Zealand stock exchange after the end of trading on Friday.
The Melbourne-based debt collector went into voluntary liquidation in April 2005 and had applied in February 2006 to end the listing.
The NZX said RMG would remain listed
