New face at head of Westpac Institutional

Karen Silk has replaced David McLean as general manager of Westpac Institutional Banking in New Zealand, the bank said.
Silk is currently with Westpac Institutional Bank in Sydney, where she has held the role of director debt capital markets for the past three years.
Westpac said Silk had previously held
positions at Westpac New Zealand, including head of agribusiness and various roles within the institutional bank.
McLean has been appointed managing director, head of Americas division, at Westpac Institutional Bank in New York.
