Hearing against Bridgecorp founders delayed

Criminal court proceedings against two executive directors of failed finance company Bridgecorp have been delayed until April.

Rod Petricevic and Robert Roest were due in Auckland District Court today for a depositions hearing on charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act.

The charges allege the pair signed a false prospectus and made untrue statement in an advertisement.

Bridgecorp collapsed in 2007 owing 14,500 investors almost $460 million.
