Allegations of trademark bullying have been levelled at Sanitarium.
A Christchurch shop selling British goods had a container of Weetabix seized at the docks by the cereal company for a week.
It was the second time in four years the Little Bit of Britain store had its goods detained.
Owner
Lisa Wilson said Sanitarium will only release the Weetabix if the name is crossed out.
"It's not good enough," she said.
