Bell Block project to be Taranaki's biggest

The biggest residential development project in Taranaki's history will take place on a 24ha farm property near Bell Block.

A group of Taranaki investors have bought the site and plan a residential development of up to 200 sections. The project is expected to cost $30 million over eight years and three stages.
