Auckland Airport's chief operating officer has resigned.
Tony Gollin announced his resignation via a company statement to the stock exchange this morning.
Airport chief executive Simon Moutter paid tribute to Gollin who he said had made a substantial contribution to the business and the aviation sector in New Zealand, over a long period of time.
He was involved in the formation of the company in 1988, Moutter said.
"I thank him for his exemplary service and his contribution to our industry," he said.
Gollin will finish with the company on April 8, the statement said.
