Waitakere council wonderful

I wish to reply concerning your article (Page 5, The Aucklander, February 27) concerning elderly residents.
I also do not like the new open plan of renovation to Waitakere City Council pensioner flats. However, I have complied with the council and have been relocated.
On the other hand, I have been treated with most dignity and help by council staff and have been successfully relocated.
Without the hands on help by council staff, I could not have coped and I thank them and ratepayers of Waitakere City for a home to live in.
