Deb Francis - Deb has 12 years' experience in Human Resources and Recruitment in the Agriculture Industry, working with both Corporate and family owned businesses throughout Australasia.
Prior to that, Deb jointly operated a sheep and beef farm in West Otago. She also developed a substantial cut flower exporting business, growing and marketing globally under the company name Magnaflora.
Deb has excellent business acumen, honed from managing her own businesses and working directly with business owners, assisting them with their marketing and providing solutions around organisational development and recruitment.

Al Coll - Al has spent his whole career the Agriculture Industry. Over this time he transitioned from middle to senior management national roles, most notably Procurement Manager and Group Manager at PGGWrightson.
His experience has given him an exceptional insight into not only sales and marketing management, but also product, category and logistics management covering major production inputs.
Al has extensive strategic and change management experience, managing manufacturer and supply relationships at a senior level and has lead negotiation and procurement at the highest level. Networks built over a life-time are invaluable in his role with AgRecruit.
As a consequence of his vast experience Al has acquired an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of manufacturer and distributor human resource requirements across the supply chain and applies this very effectively in his role at AgRecruit.
Jo Fife - Jo, also with a rural background, has spent the past 20 years running businesses, leading teams and training and coaching managers to lead and manage their teams more effectively. Her management career started in Flight Centre where she opened 3 branches earning multiple individual sales and branch performance awards. She then began her own business growth company where she worked with 100's of business owners on business strategy, business planning and people management.
Her training and coaching regularly takes her to Australia, USA, Asia and Brazil working with Engineers, IT industry Systems Engineers, Sales People, Branch Managers, Regional Managers and Country leaders.
Jo is a certified practitioner for two selection and development tools - HBDI - Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument and Opra Psychometric testing. Psychometric testing measures knowledge, skills, personality traits, interpersonal characteristics and PC skills of your candidates and employees. Jo uses HBDI in her work to help her clients understand their own thinking preferences and those of others in order to think, plan and communicate more effectively.
