A 48-year-old male has been arrested and charged after he was caught allegedly peeping through the window of a residential property in Grey Lynn last night.
At around 9.30pm, Police were called to a residential property after the man was seen looking through a window.
After a search of the area the man was located and arrested around 10.30pm.
This morning detectives carried out a search warrant at a Kingsland address and seized numerous electronic items. These are now being forensically examined.
A man appeared at the Auckland District Court today on one charge of unlawfully being on a property and one charge of peeping and peering.
He has been remanded in custody and is expected to reappear in court tomorrow morning.
An investigation into the incident in ongoing and police have said they are not ruling out further charges.
